The parking spots will be available on a first come, first serve basis for apartment tenants. If after renting apartments, spots are available, they will be rented to the public.
Both driveways are gated. Snow removal from the driveway will be the responsibility of the renter. Additional parking spots are planned for the driveway and will be available next summer to tenants.
